Oh my god this is actually happening

I never thought I would be one of those high school students who had no idea what college they were going to attend. I am, and it's terrible. The worst thing about it; I still cant accept the fact I'm not going to the school I've dreamed of. I put in so much effort and so much time to get as much scholarships and financial aid, and none of it paid off. I'm a sitting duck while everyone signs up for housing and study abroad.
The worst thing about building up you hopes is realizing that it was kind of too much to ask for in the beginning.
Why do these kids with absolutely no common sense and the attention span of a five year-old have everything figured out?
THIS BLOWS.
BUT I'M SO HAPPY FOR ALL OF YOU!  I wish everyone could win.

Quality education and funding for students should be avaliable to EVERYONE. Whether you're from a white middle-class family, or if your parents don't work for Vanderbilt.
